Biography of Climeteen Thomas III,Pastor of the Second Street Baptist Church

Climeteen Thomas III was born to Peggy Bell Thomas and Climeteen Thomas II on November 9, 1984. He is a product of Layola College Prep where he played football. He joined the Paige Chapel Baptist Church at the age of seven. He is youngest of three children.

After graduation, he attended Grambling State University where he again playedfootball for the Mighty Tigers. He was ordained as a minister at the Paige Chapel Baptist Church December 2010, under Pastor Dupree William.

In 2012, he answered God's call; became a God talker and united with the Second Street Baptist church. He was youth minister before accepting the calling as pastor.  He is Assistant to the Moderator of the Mount Herman Association. Recently, he was elected to the National Security Team of the National Baptist Convention of Presently, he works as referee/coach for SPAR/ La Athletics ;Substitute Teacher and Director of Evangelism.

He is also a teacher and 1st Vice Moderator for the Mount Herman District Association and the Overseer of State of Louisiana.
